PERADI Hosts Law Society of Singapore for Talks on ASEAN Arbitration and Cross-Border Legal Cooperation

The Law Society of Singapore conducted a courtesy visit to PERADI in Jakarta for discussions on strengthening legal cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore.
The meeting focused on key areas of collaboration, including arbitration and mediation across ASEAN, strengthening PERADI as Indonesia’s single bar organization, and broader cross-border legal cooperation, particularly in relation to commercial and infrastructure-related matters.
Lia Alizia, Principal of Lia Alizia Partners Law Office and Vice Chair of the International Affairs Division of PERADI, welcomed the delegation and highlighted the importance of continued dialogue in advancing ASEAN legal connectivity and cross-border cooperation among legal professionals.
The discussion was attended by members of PERADI’s leadership and international cooperation division, including Sutrisno, Firmanto Laksana Pangaribuan, Yakup Hasibuan, Bhismoko W. Nugroho, Riri Purbasari Dewi, Vidi Galenso, Nixon D. Sipahutar, and other representatives.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening institutional collaboration and advancing future cooperation, including the planned Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
