IEL’s Guide to Whistleblowing: Alizia & Partners Contributes the Indonesia Chapter

We are pleased to share that our Principal, Lia Alizia, and Associate, El Yefta Akwila, have contributed to the updated edition of the International Employment Lawyer’s Guide to Whistleblowing, published by International Employment Lawyer (IEL).

Alizia & Partners is the sole Indonesian contributor to this guide, which covers whistleblowing frameworks across 37 jurisdictions — addressing the legal basis for whistleblowing, implementing effective procedures, defining scope, processing reports, and ensuring appropriate whistleblower protection.

The guide is available to access online or as a downloadable PDF, and will continue to be updated regularly to reflect changes in legislation.
