Lia Alizia, a former partner at Makarim & Taira S, and Jonathan Toni Tjenggoro, previously a senior associate at Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung, have established a new law firm in Jakarta called Alizia & Partners.
The new firm will focus on employment law, litigation and dispute resolution, competition law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring and insolvency, among other practice areas.
The launch comes as Indonesia’s legal market continues to attract international investment, with companies seeking local expertise to navigate the country’s regulatory landscape.
